OUR RATES INCLUDE
Accommodation, safari activities (game drives, mokoro, bush walks), all meals, red and white wines, beer and cider, spirits, soft drinks, teas and coffees, refreshments on safari, laundry, taxes and medical helicopter evacuation to Maun.
OUR RATES EXCLUDE
Travel insurance, curio shop purchases, gratuities and all items of a personal nature.
SPECIALS
- Stay 3 Pay 2 at Amber River Camp: Valid from 9 January 2025 – 31 March 2025
- Free helicopter transfer ex Maun for stays of 3 nights or longer in Low and Shoulder Season
- These two specials are not combinable.
TRANSFERS FROM MAUN
- Land transfer (21/2 hours) from Maun $150 per person (minimum 2 people)
- Helicopter transfer from Maun $250 plus $20 departure tax per person (minimum 2 people) -price subject to change (23 min)
GAME VEHICLES
- All our safari vehicles can accommodate 6 guests
- Parties of 6 will automatically get a private vehicles
- Private vehicles are available on request, at an additional charge.
CHILD POLICY
Children 10 years and older are welcome
PAYMENT TERMS
- 20% no-refundable deposit is required in High Season, within 14 day of enquiry to secure your booking
- The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
- Shoulder Season, full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. No deposit is required.
- If a booking is made 45 days or less before arrival, the full payment to be made on booking
CANCELLATION TERMS
- All cancellations must be made in writing and needs to be acknowledged. The following cancellation charges apply:
- 20% cancellation fees apply if cancellation occurs more than 60 days out
- 50% cancellation fees apply between 30 – 60 days
- 70% cancellation fees apply between 15 – 30 days
- 100% cancellation fees apply between 0 – 14 days
- No cancellation charges will be levied in the case of a force majeure event
